The Board at the regular June meeting considered and approved the following amendment to the Code of Practice for CKC Member Breeders. Section III, General Responsibilities, subsection (g).  With the additional requirement regarding pet store sales added the new policy statement now reads as per the changes below. As with any other policy subject to associated disciplinary action it is important for the membership to note the addition made.

Section III, General Responsibilities, subsection (g).  No breeder shall sell or donate dogs for the purpose of their being auctioned, raffled or to pet stores.
