2011 Regular Referendum

Members in good standing have the opportunity to propose amendments to the By-laws for the consideration of the membership in the 2011 Regular Referendum. Members wishing to do so may complete the Proposed Amendment to By-laws Form by clicking here:

In order to include the proposed amendments to the By-laws in the Regular Referendum ballot, the proposal must be mailed to the CEO so as to be received by September 1, 2010:
