Making Change to Better Support our Members
As the Canadian Kennel Club begins to move towards a more focused approach to supporting and providing the best possible service to our Members, we would like to announce the creation of a new centralized Membership Services Department.

This streamlined service will combine the knowledge and expertise of the Registration and Client Services staff into one team dedicated to providing members with a single, centralized point of contact for your service needs.

This consolidation of service will equate to more efficient business dealings for you as a member of the CKC. We have been listening and recognize that improved customer service should be easily obtainable, conveniently available, more accessible, and an overall enjoyable experience.

To build this new department, Leila Bahorie, has been promoted to Senior Manager, Membership Services and will manage the development of this new and exciting opportunity for the CKC. Leila’s hard work, dedication and leadership have been instrumental to her success. For the last 15 years, as a member of the management team and recently as Acting CEO, Leila has been driving results in the Registration area of our business and making an impact to the bottom line. Leila has a wealth of experience with our members and she has a valuable understanding of your needs and how to help resolve concerns in the most efficient and amenable way possible.

We will continue to update you over the next few months as the Member Services Department takes shape, to serve you better.
