The beauty of the Siberian Husky is surprising and akin to that of the wolf. However, when choosing a lifelong companion, one must first choose a good breeding, ensure that the puppy has a good temperament and good health, which will not involve exorbitant and avoidable costs at the vet. Know that "QUALITY" and "HEALTH" are not just words for LASKAROAD breeding, but a duty. We have been registered with the Canadian Kennel Club since 2015, a member of the Union des Eleveurs Canins du Québec and the Siberian Husky Club of Canada. I have been living this passion intensely for over 10 years, both in dog sports and related professional training. Being a dog trainer myself, I see to the balanced breeding of Champions dogs, which practice sports and participate in national and international conformation competitions. You should know that the pillars of our breeding are based on solid foundations, on impressive pedigrees from the lineage of Grand International Champions. Having studied in the medical and psychological fields, and having worked since 1989 in hospitals and college education, you understand that the health of our dogs is one of my priorities. Here, everyone is followed in prevention by a veterinary clinic. As for those selected for our breeding program, health tests are rigorously carried out (see the OFA website). It goes without saying that the gestation of the mother and her birth are always done under my supervision, in our specially equipped birthing room. Whether within the pack, with the family, visitors or even young children, LASKAROAD puppies have the chance to live enriching experiences of socialization according to our program. We offer a VIP service which is greatly appreciated by our customers. As a result, the Laskaroads have peaceful temperaments and endearing personalities: they even take part in commercials, photoshoots and film shoots! Sledding, bikejoring, and many mountain hikes are part of our lives. They love to play daily in our large dog park specially designed for them. They live under our roof and are an integral part of our family. In short, they receive all the love a dog could dream of. A HEALTHY MIND IN A DOG BODY! Following your research on the Siberian Husky, and knowing that he is a Nordic dog, very friendly, endearing, active and energetic, sometimes vocal, poorly tolerating loneliness, and moulting twice a year, it’s imperative to ask questions if it suits your current lifestyle.
