As you likely know, CKC is moving forward with a completely revamped computer system, known as IT4YOU, which will offer members a much more enhanced user experience with tools that make doing business with CKC much simpler and faster.
The new system will be pay-as-you-go, which requires a credit card, Visa Debit or cheque. It's fully secure and offers immediate turnaround for credit card and Visa Debit purchases, while those paying by cheque will have their applications held pending receipt of payment.
Beginning July 1, 2018, all orders must be paid up front and member credit will no longer be available. In order to ensure a smooth transition with the new system, we are requesting that members who have an amount owing, please settle their account before July 1, 2018.
For any members who have a credit balance on their account, there are three options:
- Request that the credit be transferred to the new system (credit must exceed $10).
- Donate the credit balance to CKC Foundation, for which a tax receipt will be provided (for donations of $20 or more).
- Request a refund be mailed to you.
