Suspension of TCN Fees (Listing Fees) & Reimbursements

To support individuals entering events during CKC’s current period of service delays, CKC will waive all TCN fees (previously known as listing fees) for all CKC events held between March 5^th and May 5^th, 2020.

Show and Trial secretaries and/or professional show services accepting entries for events occurring between these dates are not required to remit TCN fees to CKC, and are asked to refund individuals who have already paid fees for shows within this period.
 
 
Reminder: Individuals who have paid TCN fees for events held before March 5^th 2020 due to delayed registration documents are encouraged to forward copies of their entries to information@ckc.ca with the subject line “TCN/Listing Fee Reimbursements”. The body of the email must include the date the registration application was submitted as well as whether it was submitted using the online Portal or emailed/mailed. Pending an assessment by CKC, a reimbursement of the associated fees will be issued.
