CKC wishes to announce that Leila Bahorie has made the decision to retire from the Canadian Kennel Club effective November 30, 2020. Leila has been with the CKC over the past 46 years and has held many positions over those years.
Please join us in wishing Leila well in her next endeavors.
At the same time, CKC announces the appointment of Diane Draper as Interim Registrar effective December 1, 2020. Diane joined CKC in 1979 and has progressed through various roles including her most recent as Manager, Regulatory.
The role of Registrar is a critical one for CKC that serves to uphold all aspects of CKC’s core purpose, the registration of purebred dogs and the integrity of related records that are in compliance with the federal
Animal Pedigree Act and CKC Policies and Procedures and By-laws.
