Advising Judges of Cancelled Events


Attention All Clubs,

We would like to remind you that if you have made the decision to cancel or postpone your event, please ensure you contact all judge(s) you’ve hired for said event directly. It is the club’s responsibility to contact each judge to inform them that the event has been cancelled.

Social media can be used as an additional method of contact/notice, in conjunction with contacting the judge directly to advise of the cancellation of said event, but not as the only method of notice.
