Nestled in Northwestern Ontario, Seasoned Aussies is a CKC-registered breeding program dedicated to producing intelligent, well-tempered, and versatile Australian Shepherds. Our journey with this incredible breed has been guided by Robin DeVillers, a highly respected mentor whose experience and dedication to ethical breeding have shaped our program. With her guidance, we are committed to raising Aussies that excel as loyal companions, working partners, and performance dogs, all while staying true to the breed’s rich heritage.
On January 9th, 2025, we proudly welcomed our first litter of eight exceptional puppies. These little ones are growing up in our home, surrounded by love, daily socialization, and structured early development. From the moment they are born, we introduce them to Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) to promote resilience, confidence, and adaptability. They are raised in a dynamic environment where they experience household sounds, regular handling, and interactions with people, other animals, and new textures—all designed to prepare them for success in their forever homes. Regular nail trims and grooming sessions help ensure they are comfortable with lifelong care, and we start foundational potty training and crate introduction to make their transition smoother for their future families.
Our commitment to our puppies extends well beyond their time with us. Each one receives comprehensive veterinary care, including their first vaccinations, deworming, and a full health check before going home. To provide peace of mind, we include 30 days of Trupanion pet insurance. Every puppy also goes home with a puppy care guide, lifetime breeder support, and a personalized go-home package, including a scented blanket and favorite toy to help with the adjustment.
Our puppies that are currently available will be ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks old. We take great care in matching each puppy with the right family, ensuring they go to homes that will cherish their intelligence, energy, and devotion.
