New Approval Process Speeds up Publication of Board Minutes

In an effort to be more timely with member communications, English Board Meeting Minutes will now be published via the member website one month following a quarterly Board meeting – two months ahead of the traditional publishing schedule, beginning with March 2015 Minutes.
 
This new goal is to approve Board meeting minutes during a special meeting of the Board via teleconference meeting about one month after a quarterly Board meeting, resulting in a more timely publication of the minutes.
 
Also, in an effort to be more open and transparent, the Board now publishes the complete English agenda, including full text and background for all motions on the website, two weeks before the quarterly meeting. Previously, only a synopsis was provided. Members must login to the member site and go to Membership Services/Board Meetings/Agendas.  If you have questions or input on a particular motion please feel free to contact your Director.
