The Canadian Kennel Club is pleased to congratulate Olivia Nobes for her outstanding achievement in taking second place at the International Junior Handling Competition, under Finnish Judge Elina Haapaniemi at Crufts in Birmingham, England on March 7, 2015.
CKC could not be prouder of this British Columbia native, who showcased adept handling skills and rapport with unfamiliar dogs and limited bonding time and truly represented the best in Canadian Junior Handling on the world stage.
Olivia qualified to compete in the world’s greatest dog show after winning the title of Canadian National Junior Handling Conformation Champion in Sainte-Foy, Quebec in August 2014. The CKC wishes to thank Junior Handling sponsor Royal Canin for making Olivia’s trip to Crufts possible and for their support of the CKC Junior Handling program.
Olivia’s father, Peter Nobes, was excited to convey his daughter’s reaction to her incredible win to CKC Executive Director Lance Novak: “Olivia is absolutely thrilled and loved the overall experience at Crufts. She is glowing…” Congratulations once again on your incredible accomplishment, Olivia!
