If you’ve lost registration paperwork or certificates due to circumstances out of your control (fires, floods, etc.), please reach out to us using one of the above methods and we can help replace your important documents.

Pay-As-You-Go Reminder

The CKC is moving forward with a significant project called IT4YOU, that will completely revamp CKC’s IT system, offering members an enhanced user experience with tools that make doing business with CKC more efficient. The new system will help CKC streamline and shorten the processing cycles and shift focus and resources to better grow our membership and secure the future of the Dog Fancy in Canada. 

The new system will be pay-as-you-go, which will require payment in full to complete your application.

Online applications will require payment via credit card (accepted forms include Visa and Mastercard), and are fully secure.

Payment made by cheque, e-transfer (by sending payment to, followed by an email to the same address with the password) or Electronic Fund Transfers (using your 7-digit Membership number with a zero in front [0+Membership Number] as the account number) will still be available, but must be submitted through the office accompanying a paper application. Processing of these applications may have a short holding period pending receipt of payment in full. 

Please Note: As of June 28, 2019 member statement details are no longer available online. As CKC moves forward with pay-as-you-go transactions, previously issued statements can still be viewed online, but all future completed transactions will require immediate payment and will be accompanied by an invoice.
