If you’ve lost registration paperwork or certificates due to circumstances out of your control (fires, floods, etc.), please reach out to us using one of the above methods and we can help replace your important documents.

Update on the Printing and Mailing of Certificates

Wondering about the status of your certificates? Before contacting us, please check our tracking tool to gauge the status of your work and corresponding certificates. Visit our Support Centre to learn more and stay up to date on the current backlog status here:

You can also view the mailing date of your certificates on your Portal account. If you’ve submitted work through your online portal account, visit "My Applications & Orders" under the "My CKC" tab in the blue menu bar to check the status of your orders.

MCN Certificates:

We are currently experiencing issues with the printing of Miscellaneous Certification Number certificates (MCNs). As such, we are not able to print or mail these documents at this time.

If you have a valid email address on file with us, you will receive PDF versions of these certificates after a dog registration is complete. If you have not received an email with your pdf(s) for MCN registered dogs, please check your junk/spam folders, and make sure your email is up to date.

We will release further updates as this issue is addressed.
