2022 Special Referendum - Voting Now Open!

 

Nov. 1 (9 a.m. ET) – Nov. 30 (11:59 p.m. ET), 2022, eligible members (members in good standing who been a member for at least one year and are 19 years of age or older) will have the opportunity to vote for the Special Referendum. 

These are important issues for the CKC, breed clubs, and members and exhibitors across Canada.


Voting Online:

Step 1:
Click the “Login” button located on the upper right-hand side at ckc.ca
Step 2:
Log in to your Portal account.

If you have not yet created a Portal account, you will be required to do so before you can vote. Please follow the steps to create one here.
Step 3:
Click the “Vote Now” button on the homepage of your Portal account. This will bring you to the voting portal hosted by BigPulse where you will complete your electronic ballot for the 2022 Special Referendum! You may find the booklet at the top of the voting page for reference.
Step 4:
Please ensure you have double checked your votes for both Section A and B. In Section B, you may select the option to vote for all the ROE to be approved for all the breeds listed in the same manner (for/against/abstain) and by doing so you do not need to check the box beside any individual breeds listed on the section below. If you wish to vote on each proposed amendment separately, you may do so by checking the box beside each individual breed.

Voting by Mail:
Eligible voting members that do not have email addresses on file will receive a paper ballot in the mail. Paper ballots must be received by Wednesday, Nov. 30Please allow enough time for Canada Post to deliver your ballot on time.
