Notice to Clubs Re: Available Priority Dates for CKC Events


In accordance with Chapter VI, Shows and Trials, Section G, Priority Rights, Subsection 4 of the CKC Policy and Procedures Manual, this is to notify all recognized clubs across Canada that the following priority dates have been released and are now available for application:

AVAILABLE DATES - LOCATION: QUEBEC
ASSOCIATION CANINE CHARLEVOISIENNE – CONFORMATION
April 30-May 2, 2027
May 5-6-7, 2028
May 4-5-6, 2029
May 3-4-5, 2030
May 2-3-4, 2031
 
CLUB D’ELEVEURS DE BEAGLES RICHELIEU INC. – BEAGLE FIELD TRIAL
September 4-5, 2027
September 2-3, 2028
September 1-2, 2029

Any club interested in obtaining these priority dates must submit an application to CKC Head Office, Attention: Shows and Trials Division, 5397 Eglinton Ave W, Suite 101, Etobicoke, Ontario M9C 5K6 on or before February 15, 2026.

If the application is being submitted via e-mail, please send it to [email protected] Attention: Shows and Trials, with the subject PRIORITY DATES on or before February 15, 2026.

If only one application is received, the priority dates will be granted to that club, provided it meets all other applicable requirements.

When two or more clubs holding the same event type apply for an available date, priority will be given to the club that has been holding CKC events for the longest time. If more than one application is received from clubs having the same earliest accreditation date, a draw shall take place between these clubs and the winner of the draw shall be granted the priority dates. Applicant clubs shall be given an opportunity to send a representative to observe the draw.
