Welcome to Saltmarsh Standard and Miniature Poodles, a small home-based kennel located centrally in the beautiful Province of Nova Scotia. Our Poodles are cherished for their great colors (Apricot, Cream, Black, & Blue) biddable temperaments, sound health, intelligence, and versatility work in Dock Diving, Trick Dog, Therapy work, and much more. Our main objective is to preserve the Poodle breed and in doing so produce healthy Poodle puppies that embody North American breed standards. We work toward this objective by carefully selecting pedigrees that have favorable characteristics of the breed. This selection process also considers familial health testing available. Saltmarsh poodles works towards breed preservation by also performing extensive health testing on each of our Poodles. We believe in transparency, honesty, and open communication. Saltmarsh puppies are our extended family, for life, so we always have an open door policy, and stay in touch with our puppy homes.
