Did you know CKC is pay-as-you-go for all transactions?
All transactions must be paid for in full before CKC can mail paperwork or provide registration numbers.
This also means CKC no longer invoices members prior to paying, and you can no longer pay in advance of future transactions by placing money in your CKC “account”.
Instead, invoices will be provided with your paperwork once payment is received.
The easiest way to conduct your CKC business and pay your outstanding CKC bills is on
CKC’s Online Portal. Once logged in, select “My Orders” under the “My CKC” tab in the blue menu bar. Online payments are quick and easy using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard.
If you do not have a CKC Portal account, payment can be made by contacting our customer service team at 416-675-5511 or 1-855-364-7252 (toll-free).
Payment made by cheque (mailed to CKC) or e-transfer is available but may result in a short holding period pending receipt of payment in full. E-transfers should be sent to
etransfers@ckc.ca with your security answer and Membership Number in a separate email to the same address.
