If you’ve lost registration paperwork or certificates due to circumstances out of your control (fires, floods, etc.), please reach out to us using one of the above methods and we can help replace your important documents.

Notice: Upcoming Changes for Emailed and Faxed Dog and Litter Registration Applications


As part of ongoing operational efficiencies projects, faxed and emailed dog and litter registration applications and/or faxed and emailed requests for changes to these applications will be phased out as of March 1st, 2022.
 

We encourage you to instead use our online applications on the Portal to quickly and easily submit your dog and litter registrations, and their required documentation/forms.

*Applications for Registration of a Lease and Non-Breeding Agreement Cancellations should be mailed to CKC.
