Notice To Conformation & Obedience Clubs in Ontario & Quebec Re: Available Priority Dates
In accordance with Chapter VI, Shows and Trials, Section G, Priority Rights, Subsection 4 of the Policy and Procedures Manual, this is to notify all Conformation and Obedience clubs in Ontario & Quebec, that the priority dates for listed below, which were previously held by the Valley Kennel Club have been released:
July 23-24-25, 2018 BECKWITH ON
July 22-23-24, 2019 BECKWITH ON
July 20-21-22, 2020 BECKWITH ON
July 19-20-21, 2021 BECKWITH ON
Further, the Conformation priority dates listed below, which were previously held by the Aurora and District Kennel Club have been released:

In accordance with Chapter VI, Shows and Trials, Section G, Priority Rights, Subsection 4 of the Policy and Procedures Manual, this is to notify all Conformation and Obedience clubs in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & Prince Edward Island, that the priority dates listed below, which were previously held by the Cape Breton Kennel Club have been released:

Notice To Agility Clubs in Ontario Re: Available Priority Dates
In accordance with Chapter VI, Shows and Trials, Section G, Priority Rights, Subsection 4 of the Policy and Procedures Manual, this is to notify all Agility clubs in Ontario, that the priority dates listed below, which were previously held by the Oshawa Obedience Association have been released:
August 11-12, 2018 OSHAWA ON
August 10-11, 2019 OSHAWA ON
August 8-9, 2020 OSHAWA ON
August 14-15, 2021 OSHAWA ON
Any club interested in obtaining these priority dates must submit a written application to CKC Head Office, Attention Event Planning Department, Shows and Trials Division, 200 Ronson Drive, Suite 400, Etobicoke, Ontario M9W 5Z9 on or before December 15, 2017.
If only one application is received, the priority dates will be granted to that club provided it meets all other applicable requirements.
If more than one application is received, the priority dates will be granted to the qualified club that has maintained its accreditation with the CKC for the longest time. If more than one application is received from clubs having the same earliest accreditation date, a draw shall take place between these clubs and the winner of the draw will be granted the dates. Applicants will be given an opportunity to send a representative to observe the draw.
