Step 2: Click “Vote”
Beginning November 1, a “Vote” button will appear on your Member Portal homepage. Click the button to access the secure voting platform and your ballot.
Step 3: Cast your vote
Follow the on-screen instructions to:
- Vote for your zone’s Board candidate, where an election is required
- Vote on referendum items
Once submitted, your vote will be securely recorded.
Voting by mail
Members whose recorded voting preference is paper as of the October 15 voting preference deadline will receive a paper ballot package by mail. All other eligible members should review their membership information and confirm that the email address listed in their account is accurate and up to date.
Your package will include:
- Two paper ballots: one for the election and one for the referendum
- Voting instructions
- Information on how to vote electronically if you prefer
- The Referendum Booklet
Completed paper ballots must be returned to BDO using the instructions provided in the ballot package and received no later than November 30, 2026. Members are encouraged to return their ballots early to ensure they arrive before the deadline.

Be sure to watch for the 2026 Referendum Booklet, which will be posted on the CKC website later this week. The booklet will provide additional information about each referendum item before voting begins.
