Yesterday you may have experienced issues trying to vote online via the BigPulse online voting portal.
Out of an abundance of caution to ensure all eligible members can vote in their preferred method (paper vs. online), we added all members who selected the paper option this year and in 2017 to our paper ballot list. Unfortunately, this meant they were inadvertently not set up to vote online via the BigPulse voting portal.
We rectified this issue with BigPulse yesterday, and all members who have a valid email address on file with CKC are now able to access the online voting portal.
