If you’ve lost registration paperwork or certificates due to circumstances out of your control (fires, floods, etc.), please reach out to us using one of the above methods and we can help replace your important documents.

Renewing Priority Dates for 2022 to 2026


All clubs with priority dates that wish to renew them for the 2022 to 2026 term must submit a completed Priority Date Application Renewal Form.
 
Please review the full notice and return the completed renewal form to CKC by February 26, 2021. Both the Notice and the Form are linked below. Copies of the form can also be found at https://www.ckc.ca/en/Files/Forms/Shows-Trials/Club-Forms.
 

Please note:
  • If your club currently holds priority dates for more than 1 event type, a renewal form must be submitted for each set of priority dates.
  • Priority dates will be reviewed and approved based on the dates your Club previously held.
  • If your Club wishes to change its dates, please indicate the previous dates and the new dates being requested beside each other under “Dates” and add an explanatory note.
  • If your Club does not submit a Priority Date Application Renewal Form, the priority dates will be made available to other clubs in your Zone.
