Polling for breeders and enthusiasts will begin in May and ask for support of their Rules of Eligibility.
Rules of Eligibility are a requirement of CKC under the Animal Pedigree Act (APA) for all purebred animals under its jurisdiction. ROE are meant to establish broad and key traits for each breed to be used for registration considerations only. The ROE are not to be confused with the much more extensive breed standards which describes a ‘standard of perfection’ for the show ring.
