If you’ve lost registration paperwork or certificates due to circumstances out of your control (fires, floods, etc.), please reach out to us using one of the above methods and we can help replace your important documents.

Fax Machine Notice


We would like to remind members that as part of ongoing operational efficiencies projects, the CKC fax number will no longer be functional as of April 29, 2022.
 
We encourage you to instead use your online Portal account to submit your dog and litter registrations and their required documentation/forms.
 
Any applications currently not accessible on the portal should be mailed to the CKC office (for example, Application for Kennel Names, cancellation of a Non-Breeding Agreement, Registration of a lease or a Tattoo application.)
 
Shows & Trials related applications should continue to be submitted to eventapps@ckc.ca. Order Desk related items should be submitted to orderdesk@ckc.ca or staff can be contacted at 1-800-250-8040 for Order Desk assistance.
