Notice to Obedience Clubs in Quebec Re: Available Priority Dates

 

In accordance with Chapter VI, Shows and Trials, Section G, Priority Rights, Subsection 4 of the Policy and Procedures Manual, this is to notify all Obedience clubs in Quebec, that the priority dates listed below, which were previously held by the Mountain City Obedience Club have been released:


 

OBEDIENCE AND RALLY

 

MAY 28-29, 2022        SALABERRY-DE-VALLEYFIELD QC

MAY 27-28, 2023        SALABERRY-DE-VALLEYFIELD QC

MAY 25-26, 2024              SALABERRY-DE-VALLEYFIELD QC

MAY 24-25, 2025        SALABERRY-DE-VALLEYFIELD QC

MAY 23-24, 2026         SALABERRY-DE-VALLEYFIELD QC

 

 

 

Any club interested in obtaining these priority dates must submit an application to CKC Head Office, Attention: Shows and Trials Division, 200 Ronson Drive, Suite 400, Etobicoke, Ontario M9W 5Z9 on or before August 1, 2022.

 

If the application is being submitted via e-mail, please send it to eventapps@ckc.ca
Attention: Shows and Trials, with the subject PRIORITY DATES on or before August 1, 2022.

 

If only one application is received, the priority dates will be granted to that club provided it meets all other applicable requirements.

 

When two clubs holding Obedience and Rally Obedience on the same date apply for an available date, priority will be given to the club that has been holding CKC events for the longest time. And if more than one application is received from clubs having the same earliest accreditation date, a draw shall take place between these clubs and the winner of the draw shall be granted the priority dates. Applicant clubs shall be given an opportunity to send a representative to observe the draw.
