If you’ve lost registration paperwork or certificates due to circumstances out of your control (fires, floods, etc.), please reach out to us using one of the above methods and we can help replace your important documents.

Reminder Re: Phasing Out of Emailed & Faxed Dog/Litter Applications


We would like to remind members that as part of ongoing operational efficiencies projects, faxed and emailed Canadian and Foreign dog registration applications in addition to litter registration applications and/or faxed and emailed requests for changes to these applications have been phased out as of March 1st, 2022.
 
We encourage you to instead use our online Portal to submit quickly and easily any of your dog and litter applications going forward. Changes to these applications can be easily submitted through the amendments to dog or litter applications on the portal. Any Applications currently not accessible on the portal should be mailed into the CKC office (for example, Application for Kennel Names, cancellation of a Non-Breeding Agreement, Registration of a lease or a Tattoo application.)
 
Documents or forms connected to a dog or litter registration can be uploaded on the Portal as part of that application. (i.e. non-breeding and co-ownership agreements, artificial insemination forms).
 
Shows & Trials related applications should continue to be submitted to EventApps@ckc.ca.
