Changes Re: Miscellaneous Certification Numbers


We would like to advise members that Miscellaneous Certification Numbers for the five breeds* held by other Canadian associations under the APA have been converted to Event Registration Numbers, however you are still able to compete and the process for applying for events remains the same. You can check your “My Dogs” list on your Portal account to determine your dog’s updated number.
 
Further effective January 1, 2023, for Listed Breeds that remain on the Listed Breed list that do not yet have an MCN number – they will be eligible to apply for a Temporary Competition Number (TCN). 
 
*affected breeds: Beauceron, Border Collie, Braque D’Auvergne, Cane Corso & Coton du Tulear
