CKC Officially Recognizes the Foreign Stud Book of Kennel Club Peruano (KCP)


CKC is pleased to share that at the recent CKC Board of Directors meeting on December 7, 2024, the motion was carried to recognize the Kennel Club Peruano (KCP).
 
With this recognition, CKC has added the Kennel Club Peruano to its List of Recognized Foreign Stud Books. CKC and KCP now officially recognize each other's registration certificates and pedigrees, and dogs imported into Canada registered with KCP are eligible for full registration with CKC.
 
The Kennel Club Peruano (KCP) is the primary national registry of canines having been established in 1960. It is a full member of the Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI), the largest canine community in the world.
 
The CKC is looking forward to a formal relationship between the two Clubs that will support dog health and well-being globally, and increase access to activities and opportunities for Canadian and Peruvian purebred dog enthusiasts.
