Announcement: New Executive Director Appointed for the Canadian Kennel Club
The Board of Directors of the Canadian Kennel Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Tarini as our new Executive Director, effective August 18, 2025.
Natalie is a bilingual leader who brings a wealth of experience to this role including strategic organizational leadership, advocacy, communications and marketing, and government relations, along with a deep love and passion for the well-being of dogs. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science and a postgraduate diploma in public relations, upon which she has built a strong foundation in effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
For the last five years, Natalie has been the Executive Director of a national, member-driven organization. In this role, she has worked closely with a Board of 11 Directors and ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. She led the development of a multi-year strategic plan and brought the vision to life through a focused, operational roadmap to guide the organization’s growth and impact for its thousands of members nationwide. This experience positions Natalie well to lead the Canadian Kennel Club into an exciting new chapter, including the development of a new strategic plan that will help us achieve our mission.
We invite all CKC members and stakeholders to join us in welcoming Natalie to the Canadian Kennel Club and our community.
