Members Invited to Participate in Regina Consultation Re: Animal Bylaw Review


The City of Regina, Saskatchewan is reviewing the Regina Animal Bylaw to enhance animal control and safety across the city.

The Animal Bylaw addresses a wide range of topics. The review is being conducted in phases and Phase 1 focuses specifically on regulations related to aggressive dogs. Future phases will explore additional topics identified as priorities by administration, community and partner organizations.

We encourage our members to provide their feedback by participating in the survey through the following link which will be open until October 3, 2025:

CKC has reached out to the City council and will keep our members informed of any potential changes that may impact purebred dogs.
