Notice Re: Supply Requisition Forms – Late Fees
Please note that at the September 6 & 7, 2025, Board Meeting the following motion was carried with respect to the CKC Schedule of Fees and Supply Requisition Forms.
“THAT, the Schedule of Fees be amended effective January 1, 2026, to read as follows:
Schedule of Fees
Late Fees – Judging Schedule/Event Date Application/ Judging Panel/Return Fees/Other
Late Submission of Supply Requisition (within 21 45 days of event) $100.00”
This means that Supply Requisitions Forms must be completed and submitted to the Order Desk more than 45 days to the date of the event(s) to avoid late fees. Please also note that when clubs submit late requests for supplies we cannot guarantee that the supplies will be received within a reasonable time frame before the events so that Event Secretaries and Clubs can prepare.
