At the December 2025 meeting of the CKC Board of Directors, the following motion was passed with regard to clubs reporting emergency judge substitutions to Canuck Dogs. This motion was effective immediately.

ADD NEW:
(8) Clubs must report emergency judge substitutions at Conformation Shows, Obedience Trials and Rally Obedience Trials to Canuck Dogs in writing as soon as a substitute judge has been selected.”
This means that when the CKC office is closed and emergency judge substitutions are required at an event, the club and/or Event Secretary is responsible for reporting the change of judge, via e-mail to
[email protected] This will ensure that the proper information is posted on the website for exhibitors.
All required forms/reports must still be completed at the event and included with the results when submitted to the CKC.
