The Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) has been made aware of a printing error that resulted in a limited number of members receiving multiple event title certificates.
Our printing vendor has confirmed that the issue was isolated and has implemented measures to prevent it from recurring. The CKC has also recovered any additional costs associated with this error from our printing vendor.
Members who received multiple certificates do not need to take any action.
We sincerely apologize to affected members for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
Statement from our printing vendor:
"Following an internal investigation into the duplicate certificates printed on September 10, we determined that human error during the resolution of a printer malfunction resulted in some certificates being produced multiple times.
We have since incorporated a new script into our printing process to prevent this issue from recurring. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
