The Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) is pleased to welcome
DogShow.ca as a returning sponsor of the CKC Junior National Championships. CKC’s Junior Handling program provides young people with the opportunity to engage in, and learn about purebred dogs through friendly competition and valuable guidance from seasoned veterans in both conformation and obedience.
The Nationals represent the chance for the most enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Handlers to come together, create community, and for the overall conformation winner, follow their love and passion across the Atlantic. Each year the Top Canadian Junior Handler in conformation represents Canada and the Canadian Kennel Club on the world stage at Crufts.
“DogShow.ca is committed to promoting participation in dog sport in Canada, and we are very proud to support the next generation of handlers and exhibitors with our sponsorship of the CKC Junior National Championships both last year and this year. CKC’s Junior Handling Program is truly important to the future of dog sport in Canada and beyond and we want to support the growth of this program,” said Vaughn Oberst, CEO, DogShow.ca.
DogShow.ca has been a part of the dog show community in Canada for 12 years, promoting the Canadian dog fancy and encouraging participation in dog sport through their commitment to easy, accessible and affordable event registration for handlers and exhibitors. Clubs and event secretaries can take advantage of full service dog show management software at no charge from DogShow.ca to process and track entries, counts, and even enter results during the show. Registration for select events in Ontario and Quebec is now available.
