Congratulations to Canada’s Top Show Dog for 2017 – Portuguese Water Dog GCh. Claircreek Faro Do Atlantico, bred by Donna Gottdenker & Joan Gatfield, owned by Donna Gottdenker and handled by Edgar Rojas.
This is the first time a Portuguese Water Dog has been crowned Canada’s Top Show Dog. Donna Gottdenker has set records on both sides of the border with her Porties, not only claiming Canada’s #1, all breeds, but also grabbing the top spot in the U.S. with the incomparable Matisse! A professional handler for 28 years, Edgar Rojas has been handling Portuguese Water Dogs for Donna for the past 18 years and finally joins the elite group of people who have handled a Top Dog, all breeds.
