If you’ve lost registration paperwork or certificates due to circumstances out of your control (fires, floods, etc.), please reach out to us using one of the above methods and we can help replace your important documents.

Payment Methods: EFTs

To help facilitate the transition to online services and ensure the accurate tracking of payments, starting February 29, 2020 CKC will no longer accept Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) (Sending funds to CKC as a “bill payee” through a financial institution using your Membership number - this is not the same as an interact e-transfer).
Reminder: CKC is pay-as-you-go for all transactions, requiring payment in full at the time of order or application submission to finalize the transaction.  
CKC members can no longer pay in advance of future transactions by placing money in your CKC “account”. 
Payments for transactions can be submitted:
  • Online, using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard, through CKC’s online portal; 
  • To CKC’s office by cheque (mailed to CKC ); or
  •  By interac e-transfer (by sending payment to etransfers@ckc.ca, followed by an email to the same address with the password)
Please note: Payment by cheque or e-transfer must be in the exact amount of the order, and should quote your order number in the notes/memo section. Payment by cheque or e-transfer may result in a short holding period pending receipt of payment in full.
