If you’ve lost registration paperwork or certificates due to circumstances out of your control (fires, floods, etc.), please reach out to us using one of the above methods and we can help replace your important documents.

CKC Customer Portal


Did you know you can submit the following applications on the portal?
  • Canadian Born Litters (including foreign born sires, artificial insemination)
  • Individual Canadian Born Dogs (with litter registration numbers previously issued). A reminder that Registered dog names can now contain a maximum of 50 characters at no extra charge
  • Imported Dogs and Foreign-Born Dogs
  • Miscellaneous Certification numbers, Event Registration Numbers, Performance Event Numbers, Canine Companion Numbers and Temporary Competition Numbers
  • Transfer of ownerships (CKC no longer requires the original Certificate of Registration to accompany a Transfer of Ownership application)
  • Amendments to your Dog, Litter or Pedigrees
  • Pedigree Requests
  • Request Duplicates of your Pedigree, Litter kit or Dog Registration
Is your dog(s) competing in CKC events? View their titles or progression of points by selecting their name.
 
When using CKC’s online Portal, we recommend using a desktop computer and Google Chrome as your default browser. If you are trying to complete an application using a smartphone/tablet or another browser, you may experience difficulties.
