Suspension of TCN Fees Reimbursements


We understand that our Members are frustrated with the current challenges with the Member Portal. Our team is working hard to restore full functionality.
 
In the meantime, we want to support our Members who are entering events during this period of service delays, the CKC will waive all TCN fees (previously known as listing fees) for all CKC events held between April 10, 2023 to May 31, 2023.

Shows and Trial secretaries and/or professional show services accepting entries for events occurring between these dates are not required to remit TCN fees to CKC, and are asked to refund individuals who have already paid fees for shows within this period.
 
Reminder: Individuals who have paid TCN fees for events held before April 10, 2023 due to delayed registration documents are encouraged to forward copies of their entries to information@ckc.ca with the subject line “TCN/Listing Fee Reimbursements”. The body of the email must include the date the registration application was submitted as well as whether it was submitted using the online Portal or emailed/mailed. For the Dog applications currently not available on the Portal, please advise of what type of registration you were unable to process. Pending an assessment by CKC, a reimbursement of the associated fees will be issued.
