Quebec dog owners are now subject to new regulations under the new dangerous dog legislation—An Act to promote the protection of persons by establishing a framework with regard to dogs—that took effect March 3, 2020.

Please be advised that in accordance with the Agility Rules & Regulations, Section 6.8.1 dogs are only eligible to move up “prior to the commencement of each trial”. Dogs are not permitted to move up within a trial.
